- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue targets.
- Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, doctors, rehabilitation centres, corporates, insurance companies, and referral partners.
- Generate current business opportunities and convert leads into admissions.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and promotional activities.
- Coordinate with the operations and clinical teams to ensure a seamless admission process.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Prepare sales reports and market intelligence for management.
