Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain robust, trust-based relationships with a designated portfolio of clients, acting as their primary point of contact.
- Proactively engage with clients to understand their financial goals, challenges, and evolving needs through regular meetings and communications.
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling a range of financial products and services, including investments, loans, insurance, and wealth management solutions.




- Achieve individual and team sales targets and revenue growth objectives by effectively presenting and closing deals on suitable financial products.
- Conduct thorough financial needs analysis and provide expert advice, ensuring solutions align with client risk profiles and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and economic conditions to provide informed insights and recommendations to clients.
- Ensure all client interactions and transactions adhere to internal policies, industry regulations, and compliance standards.
- Prepare and present regular performance reports, client reviews, and sales forecasts to management.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, including product specialists, credit, and operations, to deliver seamless client service.
- Resolve client inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and effectively, escalating issues when necessary to ensure client satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and activity logs within the CRM system.
