- Plan and execute demand generation initiatives to create qualified leads for the sales team.

Qualifications:

· Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field preferred). A strong technical foundation is essential for success in this role.

· Experience: 0.6-3 years of proven B2B sales experience, preferably in technical sales or within the industrial machinery sector. Experience with sheet metalworking machinery or related industries is highly desirable.

· Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, especially those related to sheet metal, press brakes, panel benders, and laser cutting machines,



is a significant advantage.

· Sales Skills: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to present complex technical information in a clear and concise manner to both technical and non-technical audiences.

· Team Collaboration: Strong team player with the ability to collaborate across departments and work independently with minimal supervision.

· Tech Proficiency: Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), and the ability to learn technical software related to the machinery industry.

· Travel Requirements: Willingness to travel within the assigned territory for client meetings, site visits, and product demonstrations.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
