Sheet Metal Fabrication/ Aviation Industry Industries 2. ISO 9001:2015, ISO 13485: 2016, AS9100:2016 & ISO/TS 22163:2017. 3. GD&T; Knowledge. 4. PFD, FMEA, CP, Working documents, SPC, Gauge RR, MSA, FOD. 5. Speaking - Talking to others to convey information effectively. 6. Auto Cad, Solid works and CATIA. Specific skills: 1. Should have good communication skill with Internal & External customers. 2. Drawing reading & addressing key characteristics 3. Instruments handling & Control skills. 4. Configuration Management & Change management Skill. 5. Process Validation skill. 6. Conflict handling. Job Description: 1. Responsible for handling projects independently with customer communication on technical clarification/ projects feasibility and updates from time to time during project execution. 2. Should be well versed with sheet metal & Machining knowledge is essential like CNC, TPP, Laser cutting, Bending, Riveting, MIG welding, TIG welding & liquid Painting /Powder coating, Aluminum finish treatment Processes. 3. Should have FAIR process Knowledge is must and IRIS/ISO 9001 Certification preferred. 4.



Should be familiar in NPD project timely execution with respect to Project Management processes like DFM, BOM, project time plan, PMP/control plan, PFMEA, PPAP like documentation, Review with CFT, timely follow up on routine basis and updating information through customer communication and his reporting officer 5. Should have good technical skill in sheet metal industry Both CAD (Auto Cad, Solid works and CATIA) and other sheet metal processes. 6. Should have good communication skill with Internal & External customers. (Both Speaking and writing) is essential. 7. Should have good communication skill with Internal & External customers. 8. Should have good soft skill like Ms. Office etc., 9. Should Have strong tooling & fixture Knowledge is must (press brake tool, Hard tool, & TPP Tools) 10. Should Have Strong Knowledge of GD&T; and Tolerance Stacking be must? 11. Project & PMP Process is Preferred. 12. Project & PMP Process is Preferred. 13. Should be able to handle multiple projects at same time and good team player.
