About the Role

As a Finance Data Analyst at Headphone Zone, you’ll turn financial data into insights — helping us run a healthy, profitable, and sustainable business.

You’ll work closely with our Finance and Operations teams — building reports, automating dashboards, analysing trends, and supporting better decision-making across the company.

Your work will help us manage cash flow, optimise margins, control costs, and guide how we grow — so we can serve more music lovers, while staying true to our values.

What You’ll Do

- Collect, analyse, and interpret financial data to generate daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports
- Build dashboards and financial models to support leadership decision-making
- Maintain and update financial databases, ensuring data accuracy and consistency
- Automate financial reporting processes using Excel, Power BI, or SQL
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes
- Identify trends, anomalies, and actionable insights to drive business performance
- Collaborate with Finance, Operations, and other teams to streamline reporting and data flow
- Monitor key financial metrics — revenue, margins, costs, profitability, working capital,



and cash flow health

What We’re Looking For

- Freshers are welcome — we love hiring proactive freshers! Or even better, 1–2 years of experience in finance, MIS, or data analysis
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to turn financial data into clear, actionable insights — and communicate them well
- Proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Macros)
- Familiarity with tools like SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or similar (nice to have)
- A mindset aligned with our values: doing it the right way, not the easy way; always learning and improving; taking ownership and responsibility; understanding that growth lies in discomfort; serving with grace and respect
- Curiosity about how finance drives business performance
- Based in Mumbai — this is a full-time, in-office role at our HQ in Andheri West
