Telecaller / Patient Relationship Executive: to join our premier ecosystem at Aesthevity & Co.. Unlike traditional clinics, we focus on a collaborative ecosystem combining advanced medical science, hormonal vitality, and deep psychological transformation.

As the initial voice of our sanctuary, you will engage with individuals seeking real, sustainable solutions for their health, skin, and body goals. Your primary responsibility is to understand their needs, introduce our root-cause wellness approach, and schedule them for holistic medical assessments and expert consultations.

Key Responsibilities:

Patient Engagement & Consultation Booking

- Inbound & Outbound Communication: Connect with warm leads who have interacted with our digital assets, social platforms, or health assessments.
- Active Discovery: Ask thoughtful, sensitive questions to recognize the root causes of their concerns (e.g., hormonal shifts, weight challenges, skin vitality) rather than pushing temporary cosmetic fixes.
- High-Value Scheduling: Book comprehensive health assessments and secure confidential appointments for clients with our doctors, therapists, and medical specialists.

Educational Guidance & Relationship Building

- Holistic Method Presentation: Actively educate prospective patients on how Aesthevity & Co. blends evidence-based medical treatments with compassionate counselling.
- Objection Handling: Navigate patient anxieties regarding treatment timelines, clinical pricing, and downtime with high empathy, patience, and professional reassurance.




- Care Follow-Ups: Re-engage with past clients, missed bookings, and active wellness journeys to foster deep, long-term trust and loyalty.

CRM & Daily Operations

- Patient Record Care: Input explicit details from client interactions, concerns, and booking dates cleanly into our central CRM database.
- Interdepartmental Alignment: Work closely with the front-desk reception, clinical technicians, and medical staff to guarantee a highly personalized patient onboarding experience.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Experience: 1 to 3 years of telecalling, inside sales, or client relations experience. Prior roles in advanced medical aesthetics, high-ticket wellness, healthcare hospitality, or executive counselling centers are strongly preferred.
- Education: Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in any stream.
- Exceptional Communication: Fluent and polished verbal skills in English and local languages. Must carry a warm, reassuring, and highly sophisticated tone over the phone.
- Emotional Maturity: Proven capability to handle highly sensitive, confidential beauty and wellness concerns with absolute dignity and emotional control.
- Basic Tech Skills: Familiarity with up-to-date calling tools, CRM systems, and spreadsheet logging (MS Excel).
