Job Summary

We are looking for a friendly, skilled, and patient-focused Hospital Telecaller Executive to handle incoming and outgoing calls, assist patients and their attendants, schedule appointments, provide information about hospital services, and ensure a positive patient experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle incoming calls from patients, attendants, and general enquiries.
- Make outbound calls for appointment confirmations, follow-ups, health check-up packages, and patient feedback.
- Schedule, reschedule, and cancel doctor appointments as required.
- Provide accurate information regarding doctors, departments, consultation timings, services, and facilities.
- Follow up with patients regarding appointments and scheduled consultations.
- Coordinate with doctors, front-office staff, nursing teams, and other departments when required.




- Record patient enquiries and call details accurately in the hospital system/CRM.
- Handle patient concerns politely and escalate complaints to the appropriate department.
- Follow up on missed appointments and encourage patients to reschedule when appropriate.
- Inform patients about hospital health packages, preventive health check-ups, and other services as authorized.
- Maintain patient confidentiality and follow hospital policies and procedures.
- Achieve assigned call, appointment, follow-up, and customer-service targets.
- Maintain professional communication and provide excellent customer service.
