We are seeking a skilled IT Support Engineer to provide frontline technical assistance, troubleshoot complex issues, and ensure smooth operation of systems, applications, and networks. The role requires robust problem-solving skills, clear communication, and the ability to handle critical situations under pressure.
Key Responsibilities
Diagnose and resolve system performance issues (e.g., slow login, Safe Mode checks).
Troubleshoot application access problems and user-specific errors.
Perform desktop hardware diagnostics (e.g., no display issues).
Investigate network connectivity issues (internet vs. internal drives/applications).
Resolve printer-related problems for individual users.
Troubleshoot Outlook authentication issues (password prompts, credential errors).
Investigate account lockout incidents and identify root causes.
Address post-Windows update application failures.
Provide urgent support for VIP users to minimize business impact.
Analyze department-wide application outages to determine if the issue is system, network, or application related.
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of Windows OS, networking, and business applications.
Hands-on experience with hardware troubleshooting (desktop, printer, peripherals).
Familiarity with Active Directory, Outlook, and shared drives.
Ability to perform root cause analysis and escalate issues appropriately.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage critical incidents effectively.
Preferred Qualifications
CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft certifications.
Experience in IT support/helpdesk environments.
Knowledge of enterprise applications and internal networks.
Pay: From ₹25,498.96 per month
