Job Title: Public Relationship Officer – Solar Energy Solutions

Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated, customer-focused Public Relationship Officer to drive rooftop solar adoption across residential and commercial sectors. In this role, you will act as a trusted energy consultant—guiding customers through site assessments, system sizing, financial savings, and available government subsidies (including schemes like PM Surya Ghar).

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct door-to-door outreach, local field visits, and community lead-generation activities.
- Perform preliminary site surveys to evaluate solar feasibility and customer energy needs.
- Present customized solar proposals, detailing cost savings, ROI, and technical specifications (bifacial panels, inverter systems, battery options).
- Guide clients through government subsidy processes, financing options, and net-metering paperwork.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of residential and small commercial leads.
- Provide clear post-sales follow-up to ensure smooth installation and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Education:



High school diploma, diploma, or bachelor's degree (Technical or Business background is a plus).
- Experience: 0–3 years of direct field sales or direct-to-consumer outreach experience (renewable energy or consumer durables preferred).
- Skills: Excellent communication, consultative selling, and basic numerical affinity for ROI calculations.
- Mobility: Valid driver’s license and personal two-wheeler for daily local travel are mandatory.
- Languages: Local language fluency required; basic English proficiency preferred.

Compensation & Benefits

- Base Salary: Competitive fixed monthly salary (commensurate with experience).
- Incentives: Uncapped performance-based monthly commissions on closed kW targets.
- Allowances: Daily travel and fuel allowance.
