We are hiring for our ceramic inks manufacturing unit located in Gudur, Andhra Pradesh. We are looking for candidates for two distinct roles within our digital tile printing department:

- Graphic Designer (Photoshop Expert): To match and develop new tile designs.
- Digital Machine Operator: To operate and maintain our digital ceramic printing machines.

Both positions are full-time and factory-based. Candidates must be willing to relocate to Gudur and work from our factory premises. Interviews will be conducted in person at Gudur.

Key Responsibilities

For Graphic Designer:

- Design matching for ceramic ink applications based on customer references.
- Create and develop new digital designs for ceramic tile printing.
- Coordinate with production and lab team for design transfer and testing.
- Work closely with the ink development team for compatibility and output.
- Maintain digital artwork records and support design changes on request.

For Digital Machine Operator:

- Operate digital ceramic tile printing machines efficiently.
- Monitor print quality and machine performance during production runs.
- Perform basic maintenance and cleaning of printing equipment.
- Coordinate with the production team to ensure timely output.
- Assist in loading/unloading materials and basic machine troubleshooting.

Requirements

For Graphic Designer:

- Good knowledge of Adobe Photoshop (Mandatory).
- Experience in ceramic tile or ceramic ink design is preferred.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in design-related work.

For Digital Machine Operator:

- Minimum 10th or 12th pass (Any qualification accepted).




- Basic understanding of machine operation (on-the-job training will be provided).
- Prior experience in printing, manufacturing, or machine operation is a plus, but freshers with a keen interest in technology are welcome to apply.

General Requirements (Both Roles):

- Must be willing to relocate to Gudur, Andhra Pradesh.
- Must be comfortable working from the factory location (not a remote position).
- Willingness to learn and work in a team environment.

Job Details

- Designer: Up to ₹20,000/month (Based on experience)
- Operator: ₹9,986 - ₹15,000/month (Based on experience)
- Work Days: Monday to Saturday
