We are looking for a Site Supervisor – Interior Projects with a minimum of 1 year of experience in interior site execution. The candidate will be responsible for supervising day-to-day site activities, coordinating workers and contractors, and ensuring that interior works are completed as per drawings, quality standards, and project schedules.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily interior site activities and ensure smooth execution of work.
- Coordinate with contractors, carpenters, electricians, plumbers, painters, and other workers.
- Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings, designs, and specifications.
- Monitor manpower, materials, and work progress at the site.
- Check the quality of interior finishing and workmanship.
- Coordinate with the Project Manager and report daily site progress.
- Identify and resolve site-related issues and coordinate with the concerned team.
- Ensure materials are available at the site as required.
- Monitor work schedules and ensure timely completion of assigned activities.
- Conduct regular site inspections and maintain proper housekeeping.
- Assist with measurements, material checking, snagging, and final handover.
- Ensure basic site safety procedures are followed.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in interior site supervision/execution.
- Experience in residential, commercial, office, or retail interior projects is preferred.
- ITI/Diploma in Civil, Interior Design, or a related field is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of interior construction and finishing works.
- Ability to read and understand basic drawings is an advantage.
- Good coordination and communication skills.
- Ability to manage workers and contractors at site.
- Willingness to work at project sites and travel locally when required.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
