Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Accounts Manager to oversee accounting operations, financial controls, payroll, statutory compliance, cash management, vendor payments, and coordination with the external accounting agency.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily accounting operations and financial transactions.
- Ensure accurate accounting entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
- Coordinate with the external accounting agency.
- Manage monthly payroll processing and salary disbursement.
- Handle accounting processes and entries on Tally.
- Review costing reports, audit NC reports, and identify discrepancies.
- Monitor cash handling, cash flow, collections, deposits, and disbursements.
- Ensure timely GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances.
- Maintain a compliance calendar and ensure timely filings and payments.
- Coordinate with HR, Operations, Procurement, and Management.
- Review and monitor vendor payments and approved invoices.
- Prepare accounting, compliance, costing,



and audit reports.
- Highlight financial discrepancies, risks, and pending matters to management.
- Maintain proper documentation for audits and statutory requirements.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 10–12 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in accounting and financial operations, preferably in hospitality, F&B;, or multi-unit businesses.
- Strong working knowledge of Tally.
- Good understanding of payroll, reconciliations, financial controls, and statutory compliance.
- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- High attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality.

Ideal Candidate

An experienced finance professional who can independently manage accounting operations, statutory compliance, financial controls, and coordination with internal teams and external agencies.

Pay: Up to ₹1,000,000.00 per year
