About the Role

Flyscan Tours & Travels is looking for an energetic and customer-focused Travel Consultant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have positive communication skills, a sales-oriented mindset, and an interest in the travel and tourism industry.

The Travel Consultant will be responsible for handling customer enquiries, suggesting suitable hotels/resorts and travel options, preparing quotations, following up with customers, and converting enquiries into confirmed bookings.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer enquiries through phone, WhatsApp, social media, and walk-ins.
- Understand customers' travel requirements, budget, destination, and preferences.
- Recommend suitable hotels, resorts, holiday packages, and travel options.
- Contact hotels/resorts to check availability, rates, and booking conditions.
- Prepare and send professional quotations to customers.
- Follow up on enquiries and convert leads into confirmed bookings.
- Coordinate with hotels, resorts, and other travel partners for reservations.
- Maintain proper records of enquiries, follow-ups, bookings, and payments.




- Provide good pre-booking and post-booking customer support.
- Build long-term relationships with customers and encourage repeat bookings.
- Assist the company in achieving monthly sales and booking targets.

Candidate Requirements

- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Comfortable communicating with customers over phone and WhatsApp.
- Basic computer knowledge, including email and MS Office.
- Good sales and negotiation skills.
- Ability to follow up consistently and close enquiries.
- Interest in travel, tourism, hotels, and hospitality.
- Malayalam communication is essential; English communication skills are preferred.
- Previous experience in a travel agency, hotel/resort reservation, tourism, telesales, or customer service will be an advantage.
- Freshers with strong communication and sales skills may also apply.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
