- Make outbound calls to customers and potential clients.
- Answer customer queries and provide basic information.
- Follow up with interested customers and generate leads.
- Maintain customer details and call records.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
- Communicate with customers in a polite and qualified manner.
Requirements:
