- Prepare and cook sushi plates.
- Develop and implement sushi menu items with Chef.
- Maintain Consistency and company preparation Standards
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on menu development.
- Stay updated with the latest sushi culinary trends and techniques.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives in sushi kitchen operations.
- Maintain a clean and organized sushi kitchen environment.
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
