Company Description Vastu Srajan is a design studio led by Architect Pragesh Pramod Khanna, specializing in hospitality, residential, and commercial architecture. With nearly a decade of practice, the studio collaborates with architects, interior designers, and engineering consultants to deliver well-resolved projects. The team focuses on architecture that is efficient, context-sensitive, and experiential, going beyond aesthetics to ensure functional performance. From early concepts to on-site execution, Vastu Srajan remains closely engaged to align structure, services, and design intent. The studio is widely recognized for transforming cultural narratives into refined, operationally efficient spaces.

Role Description This is a full-time, in office Architect role based in Lucknow. The Architect will develop design concepts, prepare detailed architectural drawings, and coordinate with consultants to ensure accurate integration of structural, MEP, and interior requirements. Day-to-day work includes site visits, design reviews, and collaboration with project teams to address technical issues and maintain design quality. The role involves managing project timelines, participating in client meetings, and ensuring compliance with local building regulations and standards.



The Architect will also support documentation, presentation materials, and design iterations throughout all project phases.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Architecture and Architectural Design, with the ability to translate concepts into clear, buildable solutions.
- Experience in Project Management, including coordination with multidisciplinary teams and oversight of project timelines and deliverables.
- Knowledge of Integration between architectural design and structural, services, and interior systems.
- Familiarity with Software Development concepts is a plus for workflow automation, design tools, or digital collaboration platforms.
- Proficiency in architectural design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp) and presentation tools.
- Understanding of local building codes, standards, and permitting processes.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Architecture from an accredited institution.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively on-site and with diverse stakeholders.
