- System Design & Calculations: Perform payload, torque, gear, motor, and structural load calculations for robotic tracks, positioners, fixtures, and gantries.Indeed
- Bill of Materials (BOM): Create accurate BOMs, select bought-out components (gearboxes, motors, linear guides, pneumatic systems), and coordinate with Procurement.Indeed
- DFM & Quality: Apply Design for Manufacturing (DFM), Design for Assembly (DFA), and GD&T; standards to optimize production efficiency and quality.Indeed
- Shop-Floor Support: Collaborate with fabrication, assembly, and testing teams to troubleshoot design issues during build and trial phases.
