Role: Student Academic Mentor
We are looking for a energetic and student-focused Student Academic Mentor who can guide students, understand their academic requirements, and help them make informed learning decisions.
The ideal candidate should have prior experience in the EdTech industry and preferably come from a technical background such as B.Tech/B.E./BCA/MCA or other relevant technical qualifications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Interact with students and understand their academic requirements and learning goals.
- Provide appropriate academic guidance and recommend suitable learning solutions.
- Counsel students and parents regarding academic programs and learning pathways.
- Build strong relationships with students and ensure a positive student experience.
- Follow up with students and parents through calls and other communication channels.
- Address student queries and coordinate with relevant internal teams when required.
- Maintain accurate student information and update interactions in the relevant systems.
- Achieve assigned performance and engagement targets.
- Ensure a high-quality student experience throughout the engagement.
Candidate Requirements:
- Prior experience in the EdTech industry is preferred/required.
- Candidates from a technical background are preferred.
- B.Tech/B.E./BCA/MCA or other technical/related educational qualifications are preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Good understanding of student/parent interactions.
- Ability to understand student requirements and provide appropriate guidance.
- Comfortable working with targets and performance metrics.
- Strong problem-solving and convincing skills.
Compensation:
- Work From Office (WFO): Up to ₹4 LPA
- Work From Home (WFH): ₹3.8 LPA Fixed + ₹1.2 LPA Variable
- Variable component is performance-based.
Work Mode: WFO / WFH – based on the applicable position.
