**Role Overview**

We are looking for a Platform/DevOps Engineer with robust hands-on experience in Docker, Elasticsearch, Grafana, Python, and Linux. The candidate will be responsible for implementation, administration, automation, maintenance, and enhancement of platform components and cloud integrations, with a strong focus on Elasticsearch high availability, monitoring, and operational automation.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Administer and manage Elasticsearch environments, including HA cluster configuration, monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.

* Design, configure, and maintain Elasticsearch High Availability (HA) clusters.

* Implement and manage Elasticsearch Index Lifecycle Management (ILM) policies and automate index management activities.

* Deploy and manage applications using Docker and Docker Compose.

* Create and maintain Grafana dashboards using Elasticsearch indices and data sources for operational monitoring and visualization.

* Develop Python scripts and utilities for automation, monitoring, operational tasks, and data synchronization.

* Develop and maintain Python-based utilities for BigQuery-to-Elasticsearch data synchronization.

* Automate Elasticsearch index creation, rollover, retention, cleanup,



and HA-related operational activities.

* Perform installation, configuration, patching, upgrades, and maintenance of Docker, Elasticsearch, Grafana, Python, and Linux environments with minimal downtime.

* Troubleshoot infrastructure, application, connectivity, and performance issues across the platform.

* Implement operational automation to reduce manual intervention and improve platform reliability.

* Collaborate with development, cloud, and infrastructure teams to support cloud integrations and production deployments.

* Prepare and maintain technical documentation, operational procedures, and runbooks.
