Job Description:
We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Customer Sales Executive to manage online B2B portals such as IndiaMART and Alibaba, generate qualified leads, convert inquiries into sales, and maintain strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and respond to customer inquiries received through IndiaMART and Alibaba.
- Generate and qualify leads through B2B portals and other online channels.
- Contact potential customers through calls, WhatsApp, and email.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable product information and quotations.
- Follow up regularly with leads and convert them into successful sales.
- Maintain and update lead, customer, quotation, and order records.
- Coordinate with the production, dispatch, and accounts teams for order processing.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with existing and new customers.




- Achieve monthly sales and lead-conversion targets.
- Monitor competitor activities, customer requirements, and market trends.
- Handle customer queries, negotiations, and basic after-sales support.

Requirements:

- 1–3 years of experience in sales/customer handling, preferably in B2B or pharmaceutical industry.
- Experience handling IndiaMART and Alibaba will be preferred.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, email, WhatsApp, and CRM/lead management.
- Robust follow-up and customer-conversion skills.
- Target-oriented, confident, and self-motivated.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
