About the Role

Grey Soul Coffee Roasters is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Omnichannel Operations Intern to support our D2C, B2B, marketplace, order fulfilment, inventory, dispatch, and logistics operations. This internship will provide practical exposure to e-commerce and omnichannel operations within a growing F&B; business.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in processing D2C, B2B, marketplace, and corporate orders.
- Prepare daily order and dispatch sheets.
- Verify orders, invoices, quantities, shipping details, and labels.
- Assist with packaging and dispatch operations.
- Coordinate with courier and logistics partners and track shipments.
- Maintain accurate records of orders, dispatches, returns, and replacements.
- Assist in inventory tracking, stock counting, and reconciliation.
- Coordinate with the roastery and café teams for stock availability and replenishment.
- Support B2B and corporate gifting order coordination.
- Assist in preparing daily and weekly operational reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely completion of operational requirements.
- Assist with events, product launches, sampling,



and other operational activities when required.
- Identify operational issues and support the team in resolving them.

Candidate Requirements

- Pursuing or recently completed BBA, B.Com, MBA Operations, MBA Supply Chain Management, or a related course.
- Basic understanding of operations, inventory, e-commerce, or supply chain processes.
- Valuable knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.
- Strong communication, coordination, and organisational skills.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Willingness to learn and take responsibility.
- Candidates interested in F&B;, e-commerce, retail, or operations will be preferred.
