Experience: Freshers & Experienced

Requirements:

- French B2/C1/C2 certification – Mandatory
- Good French & English communication skills
- Graduate freshers can apply
- 12th + minimum 6 months BPO/Customer Service experience
- Basic computer knowledge
- Immediate joiners preferred

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle French-speaking customers through voice support
- Assist with flight/hotel bookings and itinerary changes
- Resolve customer queries professionally
- Maintain CRM records and meet quality & productivity targets
