Expert Resourcing is hiring a Moulding Shift Engineer for a confidential manufacturing client in Bawal, Rewari, Haryana.

Key responsibilities:

- Lead injection moulding production during the assigned shift and meet output, quality and delivery targets.

- Set and monitor moulding parameters, machine utilisation, cycle time and process stability.

- Allocate operators and technicians, conduct shift handovers and maintain production records.

- Coordinate mould changes, start-ups, trials and troubleshooting of defects or breakdowns.

- Ensure adherence to quality systems, 5S, safety and preventive-maintenance practices.

- Reduce rejection, downtime and material wastage through root-cause analysis and corrective action.

Requirements:

- PGD-PPT from CIPET.

- Minimum 6 years of hands-on injection moulding production experience.

- Robust knowledge of moulding machines, process setting, production planning and shop-floor team supervision.

- Willingness to work rotational shifts at Bawal.

Salary range: ₹4,00,000–₹4,50,000 annual CTC.
