Salesforce Product Owner Job Description

We are looking to hire a positive, proactive Salesforce product owner to oversee project teams and scrum teams to ensure tech projects are completed on time. The Salesforce product owner will direct and coordinate the utilization of resources across divisions of the project to reach targets. This role will communicate with stakeholders during all phases of the project and close it efficiently. This role will be responsible for translating stakeholder project requirements to the scrum team for technical development and project execution.

To be successful in this role you will need the ability to communicate across different teams with sometimes competing priorities. Organization and technical Salesforce knowledge is a plus.

Skills Required:

- Define and own the Salesforce product vision aligned with business and digital transformation objectives.
- Create and maintain a strategic roadmap across Salesforce clouds (Sales, Service, Experience, Marketing, Data Cloud, Industry Clouds, etc.).
- Translate business strategies into actionable product goals and measurable outcomes.
- Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders across all phases of the project lifecycle.
- Communicate progress, risks, and outcomes effectively to business and IT leadership.




- Facilitate workshops and discussions to gather, validate, and refine requirements.
- Oversee and guide Scrum teams and project teams to ensure timely delivery of technology solutions.

- Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring clarity, prioritization, and continuous refinement based on business value, regulatory needs, risk, and technical dependencies. Also, drive continuous improvement through feedback, product enhancements, and adoption strategies.
- Define user stories, acceptance criteria, and success metrics.
- Ensure adherence to governance, quality standards, and compliance requirements.
- Manage risks, dependencies, and scope throughout the project lifecycle.
- Drive efficient project closure, ensuring all deliverables meet defined success criteria.
- Ensure delivered solutions meet stakeholder expectations and generate measurable business value.

2. Skills

- 10+ years of experience in CRM/Product Ownership with a strong focus on Salesforce
- Strong Product Ownership and Agile Delivery expertise
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Backlog management, prioritization, and requirement translation
- Solid understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities
- Risk and dependency management
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Proven experience working with Scrum teams and managing end-to-end delivery
- Experience in multi-cloud Salesforce implementations preferred
- Strong background in stakeholder engagement and requirement translation
- Experience in managing complex, cross-functional programs

Pay: ₹2,500,000.00 - ₹3,000,000.00 per year
