Educational Qualification – B.E/ Diploma in Civil Engineering
Relevant Experience-
1) Quantity Surveying and Estimation – Preparing Rate Analysis, Working Project Items Quantity, BOQ and Estimation, Bills , Project synopsis report. Knowledge of tender preparation would be added advantage.
2) Submission of RA Bills to the Client. -Submission of RA Bills and Final Bills to the client, Target vs achievement,
3) Checking of Invoices Raised by vendors & Contractors as per Site work- Attach with supporting documents before forwarding to accounts.
4) Growth: To become a Chief of Central Monitoring Group
Skills & Knowledge
1) Written and Spoken knowledge of English. To be able to communicate effectively
2) Proficient in Microsoft Word / Excel / 2 D Auto cad
3) Hardworking, Go Getter, Able to work for long hours
4) Possess Leadership qualities to be able to manage the working sub-contractors and vendors effectively while checking bills and processing payments.
