nAbout the Role
nWe are looking for an experienced Legal Manager to manage the legal, contractual, litigation and regulatory requirements of a leading healthcare organization. The role will work closely with senior management, business functions, external legal counsel and government authorities to ensure effective legal risk management and statutory compliance.

- Draft, review, vet and negotiate various commercial, healthcare and operational agreements.n




- Manage and monitor litigation and dispute resolution matters across courts, tribunals and regulatory forums.n
- Coordinate with and manage external legal counsels on ongoing litigation and legal matters.n
- Maintain a comprehensive litigation tracker / legal MIS and provide regular updates to senior management.n
- Represent the organization before courts, tribunals, government authorities, police departments and other statutory forums, wherever required.n
- Provide legal advice to management and business teams on contractual, operational and regulatory matters.n
- Identify, assess and mitigate legal and contractual risks.n
- Handle medico-legal matters, including medical negligence, consumer cases and related disputes.n
- Ensure compliance with applicable healthcare, labour, statutory and regulatory requirements.n
- Support obtaining and maintaining relevant statutory licences and registrations, including healthcare-related licences.
