nWe are seeking a passionate and Montessori-trained educator to create a nurturing, child-centered learning workplace that supports the cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development of children. The teacher will guide students using Montessori principles, encourage independence, and foster a lifelong love of learning.
nKey Responsibilities

- Plan and implement Montessori curriculum and learning activitiesn
- Prepare and maintain an organized, stimulating, and safe Montessori classroom environment.n
- Present Montessori materials and lessons according to Montessori methodology.n
- Observe, assess, and document each child's progress and development.n
- Support children's independence, self-discipline, and problem-solving skills.n
- Maintain positive communication with parents regarding student progress and classroom activities.n




- Collaborate with colleagues and school leadership to ensure high-quality educational standards.n
- Ensure the well-being, safety, and inclusion of all children.n
- Participate in staff meetings, training programs, and professional development activities.n
- Maintain classroom records, attendance, and developmental assessments.n

nRequired Qualifications

- n
- Montessori certification from a recognized Montessori training institute (AMI, AMS, or equivalent).n
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Education, Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field.n
- Experience working with children in a Montessori environment.n
- Strong understanding of Montessori philosophy and child development principles.n
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.n
- Patience, creativity, and a genuine passion for working with young children.n

- 1–3+ years of Montessori teaching experience.n
