We are seeking a energetic Brand / Category Manager for our Health & Personal Care segment in India. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in brand management, with a focus on driving growth and innovation within the category. This role requires a strategic thinker who can analyze market trends and consumer insights to develop effective marketing strategies.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute brand/category strategies for Health & Personal Care products in India.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, consumer needs, and competitive landscape.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, and product development to drive brand initiatives.
- Manage product lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring alignment with brand vision and goals.
- Analyze sales data and consumer insights to optimize marketing efforts and product offerings.
- Develop promotional campaigns and monitor their effectiveness to enhance brand awareness and sales.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3-6 years of experience in brand management, category management, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and market trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration and presentations.
- Proficient in using marketing analytics tools and software.
- Creative thinking with a strong understanding of consumer behavior in the Health & Personal Care sector.
