Job Summary

We are looking for an Assistant Manager – Marketing with 3–5+ years of experience, preferably from the Electronics industry. The candidate will be responsible for driving sales and marketing activities, developing market opportunities, managing dealers/customers, and achieving business targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to achieve business targets.
- Identify new market opportunities and generate new business leads.
- Develop and maintain solid relationships with dealers, distributors, customers and key accounts.
- Manage the assigned territory and monitor sales performance.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Plan and execute promotional and marketing activities.
- Handle product presentations, customer meetings and negotiations.
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, delivery and customer support.




- Monitor sales targets, market coverage and business performance.
- Prepare regular sales and marketing reports for management.
- Support dealer/distributor development and expansion of the customer network.
- Ensure timely follow-up with customers and support collection/payment follow-ups where required.
- Lead and coordinate with the sales team to achieve assigned targets.

- Candidate Requirements

- MBA in Marketing is mandatory.
- 3–5+ years of experience in Marketing.
- Candidates from Electronics industries will be preferred.
- Strong experience in dealer/distributor management, territory sales and business development.
- Good negotiation, communication and relationship-management skills.
- Ability to achieve sales targets and work independently.
- English and Hindi are mandatory.
- Telugu language knowledge is preferred.
- Candidate should be willing to work from Cherlapally, Hyderabad.
