We are seeking an experienced 360 Recruiter to join our dynamic team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment process from sourcing candidates to placing them in suitable roles, ensuring a seamless experience for both clients and candidates.
Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing candidates.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates to understand their needs and expectations.
- Utilize various sourcing strategies to attract top talent, including social media, job boards, and networking.
- Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates skills and fit for the organization.
- Provide regular updates to hiring managers on the status of open positions and candidate pipelines.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand specific job requirements and team dynamics.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5-10 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a 360 recruitment role.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with candidates and clients.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Solid negotiation skills and the ability to influence stakeholders.
