Role Purpose
Ensuring reliable, safe, and cost-effective operation of all foundry equipment, utilities, and plant infrastructure. The role is responsible for preventive and breakdown maintenance, team supervision, equipment reliability, statutory compliance, and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

- Plan and execute preventive, predictive, corrective, and shutdown maintenance.
- Maintain foundry equipment such as induction furnaces, moulding lines, sand plants, shot-blasting machines, compressors, cranes, dust collectors, pumps, cooling systems, and material-handling equipment.
- Diagnose electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, instrumentation, PLC, and automation faults.
- Minimise equipment downtime and improve availability, MTBF, and MTTR.
- Analyse recurring failures and implement root-cause corrective actions.
- Supervise maintenance engineers, technicians, contractors, and shift teams.
- Maintain critical-spares inventory and coordinate procurement with vendors.
- Monitor maintenance costs and support preparation of budgets and capital-expenditure proposals.
- Ensure compliance with electrical safety,



fire safety, environmental controls, and other statutory requirements.
- Coordinate maintenance activities with production, quality, EHS, engineering, and stores teams.
- Maintain equipment history, inspection reports, maintenance schedules, and CMMS records.
- Lead equipment installation, commissioning, modification, and improvement projects.
- Support energy conservation, TPM, 5S, Kaizen, and plant reliability initiatives.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
