Position : AI Specialist & Technical Trainer

About the Role

We are looking for an AI Specialist & Technical Trainer to join our Academics & Learning Development team and contribute to the development and delivery of our Agentic AI and Generative AI programs.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, update, and maintain curriculum for Generative AI and Agentic AI programs.
- Conduct engaging live technical training sessions, workshops, and demonstrations.
- Deliver practical, hands-on sessions covering real-world AI applications and use cases.
- Guide and mentor learners throughout their learning journey and projects.
- Evaluate learner projects, assignments, and practical implementations.
- Design practical exercises, projects, and assessments aligned with industry requirements.
- Demonstrate AI tools, workflows, automation solutions, and real-world implementations.
- Stay updated with emerging developments in Generative AI, Agentic AI, automation, APIs, and related technologies.
- Continuously improve course content based on industry trends, learner feedback, and technological advancements.




- Support academic teams in creating effective technical learning resources.
- Participate in technical discussions, curriculum planning, academic meetings, and other learning-development activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Robust practical understanding of Artificial Intelligence and Generative AI.
- Hands-on experience building or working with AI-based applications, automation, or real-world AI projects.
- Generative AI
- AI Agents / Agentic AI
- RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation)
- APIs and AI integrations
- Automation frameworks and workflows
- LLM-based applications
- Experience working on live projects, proof-of-concepts, case studies, or AI implementations.
- Ability to conduct technical sessions and explain complex concepts in a simple and learner-friendly manner.
- Strong English communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with academic and technical teams.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
