Job Overview:

We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Medical Representative (MR) to join our team in Warangal. In this role, you will act as the primary liaison between our company and medical professionals, driving awareness and sales of our pharmaceutical and healthcare products across clinics, hospitals, and medical centers.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Promotion & Education: Present, promote, and pitch company products and medical solutions to doctors, clinics, and healthcare professionals through effective product presentations.

Relationship Management: Build, nurture, and maintain strong, trust-based professional relationships with healthcare providers and key decision-makers in the medical community.

Target Achievement: Drive sales growth within the designated territory to meet and consistently exceed monthly and annual business targets.

Doctor Visits & Territory Coverage: Plan and execute systematic, regular field visits to doctors, healthcare centers, and pharmacies to ensure continuous product visibility.

Business Development:



Actively identify and convert new business opportunities while efficiently managing and retaining existing client accounts.

Market Feedback & Reporting: Track daily activity and submit timely daily/weekly sales and visit reports. Provide updates on market trends, competitor activities, and doctor feedback.

Preferred Skills & Competencies:

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Target-driven mindset with a proactive, self-motivated attitude.

Solid understanding of the local healthcare network and geographical area.

Ability to work independently in the field as well as collaboratively with the sales team.

Immediate joiners are highly preferred.

Mandatory Requirement: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are strictly mandatory.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
