- Schedule and conduct property/site visits.
- Follow up with prospective clients and convert leads into sales.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and recent customers.
- Explain project details, pricing, payment plans, and amenities to clients.
- Negotiate with customers and assist in closing deals.
- Maintain regular follow-ups until booking and documentation are completed.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Maintain accurate customer and sales records.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth customer service.
- Provide regular sales and follow-up reports to management
Pay: ₹19,229.81 - ₹74,157.46 per month
