About Position:

We are seeking a skilled DevOps Engineer with 6 to 8 years of experience in building, automating, and managing modern cloud-native infrastructure and deployment pipelines. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in Kubernetes, Configuration Management, Docker containerization, and CI/CD implementation. This role involves driving automation, improving deployment reliability, enhancing operational efficiency, and enabling seamless software delivery across development and production environments.

What You'll Do:

- Implement and manage DevOps practices to streamline software development and release processes.
- Deploy, manage,



and optimize containerized applications using Kubernetes.
- Design and maintain highly available, scalable, and secure infrastructure environments.
- Implement Configuration Management solutions to automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration.
- Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices for consistent environment management.
- Build, enhance, and support CI/CD pipelines to enable automated build, testing, and deployment processes.
- Manage Docker containerization and container lifecycle across development and production environments.
- Monitor application performance, infrastructure health, and system availability.
- Troubleshoot deployment, infrastructure, and application-related issues.
- Collaborate with development, QA, security, and operations teams to improve delivery efficiency.
- Implement automation to reduce manual efforts and increase operational reliability.
- Ensure compliance with security, governance, and operational best practices.
- Support release management activities and production deployments.
- Continuously improve system performance, scalability, and deployment processes.

Expertise You'll Bring:

- 6 to 8 years of experience in implementing and managing DevOps practices for enterprise applications.
- Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes for application deployment, orchestration, and management.
- Proven expertise in Configuration Management and infrastructure automation.
- Experience working with Docker and containerization technologies.
- Hands-on experience in designing, implementing, and managing CI/CD pipelines for automated deployments.
- Strong knowledge of Infrastructure as Code tools and automation frameworks.
- Understanding of source code management tools such as Git and branching strategies.
- Experience with monitoring, logging, and observability tools.




- Knowledge of Linux administration, scripting, and troubleshooting.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP is preferred.
- Strong understanding of deployment strategies, release management, and operational best practices.
- Experience in performance tuning, capacity planning, and system optimization.
- Ability to identify and resolve complex infrastructure and deployment issues.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to mentor team members and promote DevOps best practices across the organization.
