About the Opportunity

- Build and deliver practical intelligence dashboards for clients.
- Provide discrepancy detection to identify data and process inconsistencies.
- Generate quality alerts to improve operational accuracy and performance.
- Develop vendor scorecards to monitor and evaluate supplier effectiveness.
- Enable live operational visibility through real-time dashboard reporting.
- Support the expansion of successful pilot solutions to a wider client base.
- Contribute to scaling analytics and intelligence solutions for new prospects and customers.
- Work on data-driven tools that enhance decision-making and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

- · Transform dashboards into secure authenticated multi-tenant applications.
- · Implement per-client logins and PostgreSQL Row-Level Security.
- · Build pagination, monitoring, alerting, and deployment processes.
- · Improve scalability, reliability, and client experience.





Must-Have Qualifications

- · 5+ years shipping production software.
- · Strong Python and PostgreSQL expertise.
- · Experience operating unattended production systems or pipelines.
- · Ability to demonstrate something live that you built.
- · Ability to explain technical concepts in plain English to non-engineers.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

- · Supabase experience.
- · PostgreSQL Row-Level Security (RLS).
- · Experience handling messy operational data in regulated industries.
- · Fluency with AI coding tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, or GitHub Copilot.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
