We are looking for enthusiastic and career-focused MBA (Marketing) Freshers who are passionate about sales, client engagement, and business development.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email marketing, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and networking.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable digital marketing solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Schedule meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations with potential clients.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and follow up to convert leads into clients.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, sales activities, and client interactions using CRM tools.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.
- Stay updated with industry trends, competitors, and digital marketing services.





Eligibility Criteria

- MBA (Marketing) – Freshers Only
- Good understanding of digital marketing concepts and services.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to learn.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM knowledge is an added advantage.

Training & Probation

- 6-Month Training & Probation Period
- Structured training in business development, sales techniques, CRM, and digital marketing services.
- Performance will be reviewed during the training period for confirmation.
