Role ResponsibilitiesSocial Media Management

- Manage, organize, and schedule content across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and Pinterest.
- Maintain a regular and consistent posting schedule in line with the organization’s brand identity and communication style.
- Monitor comments, messages, interactions, and engagement, and respond appropriately when required.

Content Creation

- Create engaging social media posts, reels, stories, and other visual content using Canva.
- Write clear, concise, engaging, and grammatically correct captions.
- Assist in developing fresh and creative content ideas for Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest, and other relevant platforms.
- Review content before publishing to ensure it is accurate, well-organized, properly formatted, and free from grammatical or spelling errors.

Content Planning & Research

- Research trending topics, relevant hashtags, audience interests, and popular content formats.
- Assist in developing, maintaining, and organizing monthly social media content calendars.




- Repurpose and customize existing content to suit the requirements and audience of different social media platforms.

Performance Monitoring

- Monitor basic social media performance metrics such as likes, reach, views, and engagement.
- Review content performance and assist in identifying opportunities for improvement and better audience engagement.

Creative Assistance

- Prepare simple presentations, charts, mind maps, visual notes, and other creative materials whenever required.
- Contribute creative ideas, design suggestions, and visual inputs to support the overall content and marketing efforts.

Required Skills

- Basic understanding of social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and Pinterest.
- Comfortable using Canva for creating social media graphics and visual content.
- Strong written English and communication skills.
- Good attention to detail, especially with grammar, spelling, formatting, and content accuracy.
- Genuine interest in social media trends, digital content, and creative communication.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office or Google Sheets will be an added advantage.
