Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls and send emails to potential customers in the USA. Generate leads and develop new business opportunities. Handle customer enquiries, quotations, negotiations, and order follow-ups. Schedule online meetings and customer appointments. Maintain customer records, sales pipelines, follow-up reports, and sales data. Coordinate with customers, management, and internal departments. Prepare sales reports using Microsoft Excel and presentations using PowerPoint. Research customers, competitors, market trends, and new business opportunities. Support email marketing, LinkedIn outreach, and other promotional activities. Attend international exhibitions, trade shows, and customer meetings when required. Assist with exhibition planning, customer appointments, and marketing materials. Guide and coordinate with the sales team to achieve business targets. Maintain regular follow-up with prospects and customers to maximize conversions.



Provide regular updates and sales performance reports to management.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Experience in a USA outbound call centre, telemarketing, international sales, or business development. • Previous experience managing or guiding a sales team will be preferred. • Excellent spoken and written English. • Strong communication, negotiation, follow-up, and coordination skills. • Positive working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. • Ability to manage multiple customers, enquiries, and follow-ups. • Confident, target-oriented, organized, and proactive approach. • Ability to work according to USA business hours, including evening/night shifts in India. • Willingness to travel for exhibitions, customer meetings, and marketing activities.
