Primary Roles
Manage the day to day operations of Ather experience centre Drive sales at the dealership using the experience centre as a tool Ensure the experience centre is a best-in-class facility and have all the tools to tell both the story of the brand, products and solutions
Responsibilities
Driving the product specialists and sales team to ensure dealer business objectives are met while ensuring superior customer experience with focus Ensuring the team follows SOPs related to product demo, test-ride, SW usage and tasks to ensure good process hygiene.
Manage any escalations at Ather Experience centre to ensure a smooth customer experience Collate product and experience feedback to ensure a clear communication bridge between Ather and dealership Act as the company experience ambassador for all visitors to the centre, providing tours to show, tell and sell company solutions. Provide tours for special guests of leadership team Ensure a solid sales follow-up mechanism for sales queries and FAME related claim management at the Experience Centre Oversee facility upgrades and enhancements to keep the experience centre current with the latest company product innovations Follow up on current project opportunities that have been generated by the centre
