Job Overview

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Concept Writer to join our construction company. The candidate will be responsible for developing engaging content concepts, Reel ideas, video scripts, captions, and creative campaigns for our social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Create creative and engaging concepts for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and other social media platforms.
- Develop ideas for Reels, short videos, posts and campaigns.
- Write engaging hooks, scripts, captions and content.
- Research trending topics, formats, sounds and social media trends.
- Create content related to home construction, architecture, interiors, lifestyle and real estate.
- Convert technical construction topics into easy and engaging content for customers.
- Work with the video editor, graphic designer, architect and marketing team.
- Develop educational, informative, promotional and brand-building content.
- Research competitors and identify new content opportunities.
- Maintain a consistent brand voice across social media platforms.

Requirements





- Excellent writing and communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Strong creativity and storytelling ability.
- Good understanding of Instagram Reels and social media content.
- Ability to generate fresh and practical content ideas.
- Knowledge of current social media trends.
- Basic understanding of construction, architecture or real estate is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Previous experience in content writing, social media or digital marketing is preferred.
