Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled professional to conduct comprehensive communication assessments. This role involves evaluating individual and team communication effectiveness, identifying areas for improvement, and recommending strategies to enhance clarity, impact, and interpersonal interactions.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and implement communication assessment tools and methodologies.
- Conduct one-on-one and group assessments to evaluate verbal, non-verbal, and written communication skills.
- Analyze assessment data to identify strengths, weaknesses, and patterns in communication.
- Provide constructive feedback and actionable recommendations to individuals and teams.
- Develop and deliver training or coaching sessions based on assessment findings.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to integrate communication best practices into organizational processes.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and research in communication and assessment.

Qualifications

- Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills,



strong interpersonal and active listening abilities, proficiency in assessment design and data analysis, effective presentation and reporting skills, knowledge of various communication theories and models.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Communications, Psychology, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Attributes: Objective, detail-oriented, empathetic, discreet, and possesses strong observational skills.
