**Job Description** **Technical Project Manager - Oracle Health Data Migration** **Job Description** We are seeking experienced Principal Data Migration Architect to lead the strategy, design, governance, and execution of complex healthcare data migration initiatives supporting Oracle Health Millennium implementations and modernization programs. The role is responsible for overseeing migration architecture, technical delivery, stakeholder engagement, risk management, and data quality activities to ensure successful migration of clinical, financial, and operational data into Oracle Health solutions. **Responsibilities** **Key Responsibilities** + Lead planning, execution, governance, and delivery of Oracle Health data migration projects. + Define project scope, milestones, timelines, deliverables, dependencies, resource plans, and success measures. + Partner with migration architects, data conversion teams, clinical SMEs, integration teams, and client stakeholders to drive end-to-end delivery. + Manage migration workstreams including data extraction, transformation, mapping, normalization, validation, reconciliation, loading, testing, cutover, and go-live. + Establish project governance, operating cadence, status reporting, RAID logs, decision tracking, and executive updates. + Identify and manage project risks, data-quality issues, dependencies, scope changes, and escalations; ensure timely mitigation and resolution. + Coordinate testing, mock conversions, cutover planning, go-live readiness, hypercare, and post-implementation activities. + Ensure delivery aligns with quality standards, budgets, timelines, healthcare privacy requirements, security controls, and data-governance policies. + Drive continuous improvement in migration processes, tooling, automation, documentation, and delivery practices. + Serve as a trusted delivery partner for clients, project leadership,



and distributed technical teams. **Required Qualifications** + 10+ years of experience in technical project/program management, with experience delivering complex data migration, healthcare IT, or enterprise transformation initiatives. + Demonstrated experience managing multiple workstreams, technical teams, vendors, and client stakeholders. + Experience with large-scale data migration or conversion projects, including testing, cutover, and go-live delivery. + Strong understanding of ETL, data mapping, transformation, validation, reconciliation, data quality, and migration testing concepts. + Working knowledge of SQL, databases, cloud technologies, and enterprise integration practices. + Experience working with healthcare systems, EHR/EMR platforms, clinical workflows, or healthcare data models. + Strong project-management expertise, including planning, risk management, dependency management, stakeholder communication, and executive reporting. + Excellent communication, facilitation, presentation, and problem-solving skills. + Ability to independently manage ambiguity, changing priorities, and geographically distributed teams. **Preferred Qualifications** + Experience with Oracle Health Millennium/Cerner implementations, migrations, or conversions. + Experience managing Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), Azure, or AWS-based migration programs. + Healthcare SaaS migration, interoperability, or healthcare data-exchange experience. + Experience supporting acute care, ambulatory,



and revenue cycle environments. + Familiarity with PowerChart, FirstNet, SurgiNet, Pharmacy, PathNet, RadNet, Scheduling, Revenue Cycle, MPages, CCL, Discern Rules, HealtheIntent, or interoperability platforms. + PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum, ITIL, Healthcare IT, Data Management, or cloud certification.
