- Supervise and coordinate all civil construction activities at the greenfield project site.
- Review and interpret construction drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders for timely execution of work.
- Ensure civil works comply with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
- Monitor project progress and prepare daily/weekly reports for project managers.
- Assist in planning work schedules, manpower deployment, and resource allocation.
- Conduct site inspections, quality checks, and resolve on-site issues effectively.
- Manage site-level documentation including work permits, inspection reports, and contractor bills.
- Liaise with consultants and statutory authorities as needed for inspections and approvals.
- Maintain strict adherence to project timelines and cost parameters.

Desired Profile:





- Diploma in Civil Engineering with min 3 years of relevant experience in greenfield industrial or infrastructure projects.
- Solid understanding of civil engineering practices, construction materials, and equipment.
- Experience in handling site-level activities such as excavation, foundation, RCC works, etc.
- Good knowledge of project management tools and MS Office.
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Willing to relocate to project sites and work in dynamic site conditions.

Preferred Experience:

- Greenfield project execution in sectors like manufacturing, oil & gas, power, or infrastructure.
- Hands-on experience with contractor management and on-site quality assurance.
