Site Head

Position Summary/Job Purpose

- Overall Site administration and management of 22 TPH SLOP FIRED/TRAVELLING GRADE BOILER
- Annual Operation plan to be prepared in consultation with the Maintenance Department, customer requirements and contractual deliverances.
- Budgeting: To support the Power Plant Manager in preparation of annual cost planning w.r.t. to Operation.
- Resources: To plan required External Services / Internal Services / Manpower Management / Sp. Tools & tackles
- Spares & Consumables: To Plan for Annual requirement of fuel and chemicals and Half yearly consumables requirement.
- To do a Competency assessment for the Operation team (ISGEC and Contractor employees).
- To contribute/facilitate the development of systems and processes to improve Safety, Technical, and Financial performance.
- Basic Knowledge of quality systems and OHSAS
- Knowledge about Emergency Preparedness and Response to Emergencies
- Daily / Monthly / Annual Key Performance Factors




- Defect identification and removal status (Pending)
- Review of Daily log sheets and log books.
- To ensure timely deliverance of Daily / weekly / Monthly / Annual performance reports to the Plant Manager and Customer as per agreed Way of working.
- Decision-making during any emergency operation. Liaoning with Boiler Inspectorate on need based. Manpower management within the department.
- To resolve customer/employee issues to the extent possible before it gets escalated to a higher level.
- External Customers, Vendors, contractors, external service providers, and prospective customers/visitors in the plant.
