Description

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Relationship Officer for our CASA product line. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, driving sales, and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

- Manage and nurture client relationships to drive CASA product sales.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and preferences.
- Provide excellent customer service and support to clients throughout the product lifecycle.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for promoting CASA products.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
- Prepare reports and presentations on sales performance and client feedback.

Skills and Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in a sales or relationship management role, preferably in the banking or financial services sector.
- Robust understanding of CASA products and services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to analyze data and market trends to make informed decisions.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
