Key Responsibilities

- Own and grow strategic healthcare accounts.
- Build relationships with CXOs, Engineering Heads, Consultants, and Developers.
- Drive order booking, pipeline creation, and share-of-wallet growth.
- Lead One Schneider engagement across Electrical, BMS, Secure Power, ELV, Software, Services, and Sustainability solutions.
- Influence specifications through consultants, PMCs, and design firms.
- Identify opportunities in new hospitals, expansions, medical colleges, research institutes, and healthcare campuses.

Qualifications & Experience

- B.E./B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Automation, or related field; MBA preferred.
- 5-10 years of experience in Key Account Management, Strategic Sales, or Business Development.
- Experience working with Healthcare, Hospitals, Healthcare Infrastructure, Buildings, Energy Management, or Digital Solutions.
- Proven track record of driving growth with large enterprise or government healthcare accounts.
