Key Responsibilities * Drive overall retail sales, revenue, profitability & store-wise targets. * Lead and manage multi-store retail operations and ensure SOP compliance. * Manage Store Managers, Sales Executives & retail teams and drive productivity. * Monitor inventory, stock ageing, stock movement & reconciliation. * Work closely with Procurement, QC & Warehouse teams to maintain the right product mix and availability. * Drive customer experience, conversion, upselling & repeat business. * Track key metrics such as sales, margins, ATV, conversion, inventory turnover & store productivity. * Analyze market trends, competitor pricing and customer demand. * Identify opportunities for recent store expansion and business growth. * Build scalable retail processes and continuously improve store perform
