nWe're looking for an experienced and client-facing Head of Medical Coding to join our team
nin Bangalore to head the entire medical coding team, ensure compliance and drive
nexcellence across complex medical specialties. This leadership role requires deep Subject
nMatter Expertise (SME) in coding, solid team coaching and mentoring, and the ability to
nconfidently engage with clients, auditors and stakeholders.
nKey Responsibilities:

- Leadership & Oversight: Lead, mentor and manage the coding team, ensuring accuracy, productivity and adherence to compliance standards.n
- Client Engagement: Act as the primary point of contact for coding-related client calls,



audits and reviews; present coding strategies and outcomes with clarity and professionalism. Take ownership of onboarding new clients and integrating them into coding workflows smoothly and efficiently.n
- Strategic Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with operations, product, QA and compliance teams to align coding workflows with company goals and technology enhancements.n
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that all coding practices are up-to-date with the latest CPT, ICD-10, HCPCS, and payer-specific requirements.n
- Training & Development: Oversee ongoing training programs to keep the team current with regulatory and procedural updates.n
- Reporting: Provide detailed reporting on coding accuracy, productivity metrics and audit outcomes to leadership and clients.n
