**We’re Hiring | Finance & Collections Manager****Adquark Private Limited** is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented **Finance & Collections Manager** to take ownership of our **collections, revenue tracking, financial operations, and compliance** across our **India, US, and UAE entities**. Key Responsibilities* Take complete ownership of **collections and revenue generated** across the business.* Track receivables, outstanding payments, invoices, and payment schedules.* Follow up with clients/partners for timely collections and maintain accurate records.* Monitor daily/weekly/monthly revenue and collection reports.* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate billing and reconciliation.* Manage **accounts receivable, payment reconciliation, and cash-flow tracking**.* Ensure timely **financial and statutory compliance** for our entities in **India, USA, and UAE**.* Coordinate with external **CA/CPA/accounting and legal teams** wherever required.* Maintain proper documentation and financial records for all entities.* Support tax filings, audits, reporting,
